You’re not alone on this journey. When you begin interviewing with us, you’ll connect with a talent attraction partner who’ll learn about your areas of expertise and ambitions. If your experience fits with our job requirements, you’ll be presented to the hiring manager and interview team. As you meet with hiring managers, potential future teammates, and leaders, your talent attraction partner will be there to support you every step of the way.

Hiring process

You submitted your application! Now what?

Thanks for taking the time to fill out a job application with us. We want to help take the mystery out of the hiring process and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Too often, it feels like clicking the “submit” button just sends your application into a black hole. Not at Realtor.com. Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Application review

Your Talent Attraction Partner will carefully review your application and resume.

Step 2

Interviews

If there’s an initial match, you’ll have a phone screen with your Talent Attraction Partner. If successful, a more detailed Hiring Manager or Panel interview may follow. Some roles may also require an assessment.

Step 3

Post-interview communication and evaluation

After successfully completing the interview process, we’ll consolidate feedback, and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide you with an update.

Step 4

Decision

After the completion of all interviews, we’ll let you know our decision. If you’re chosen as our new hire, we’ll reach out to welcome you home with an offer and explanation of next steps.

Step 5

New hire onboarding

Once you accept your offer, our HR  teams and your new leader will guide you through pre-boarding, leading up to your first day.
