For DSCAs, a typical day at work involves talking to agents and brokers, and offering them various products and services that Realtor.com provides.
“Our approach is consultative,” said Tanya, who recently celebrated her one-year anniversary at Realtor.com. “We ask about their goals and offer resources, especially for new or struggling agents who may not be aware of all the tools available to them. It’s rewarding to assist those who are serious about making a career in real estate.”
Savannah, who joined in January this year and was drawn by Realtor.com’s strong brand recognition and supportive environment, enjoys the variety the role offers, which keeps the job interesting and dynamic. “My favorite aspect of this position is interacting with a diverse group of people,” she said. “It’s a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and it keeps me on my toes.”
Andrew, who started with Realtor.com last October, loves the structured nature of the work. “Each day has a clear plan, with set times for different types of leads and tasks,” he said. “This structure suits me well, as I know exactly what to expect and can focus on doing my job efficiently.”
Unlimited Earning Potential
All three DSCAs we interviewed talked about career growth and money-making opportunities. “One of the biggest draws of this job is the unlimited earning potential,” Andrew said. “There’s a minimum sales threshold to meet, but beyond that, there are no caps.”
Andrew added that having managers with diverse backgrounds brings valuable insights to the team that help all of the DSCAs succeed.

“There are plenty of opportunities for growth and supportive managers who help you reach your goals,” Savannah said. “And since the pay is salary plus commission, your efforts are matched with rewards.”

Our Scottsdale office comes with many perks. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, which makes it easy to run errands or grab a bite before or after work. The facility is modern—amenities like a gym and relaxation areas help employees maintain a balanced work atmosphere.
Flexibility with regard to work schedules is also available. For example, Savannah and Andrew have hybrid schedules, while others choose to work in the office full-time.
“Working in the Scottsdale office three days a week allows for direct interaction with my colleagues, which can be more efficient for problem-solving.” Savannah said. “We have a small, supportive team that makes the work environment enjoyable, and the office itself is well-equipped with everything we need.”
“The Scottsdale office has a strong team dynamic and the energy is incredible,” Tanya said, adding that she particularly enjoys the regular stand-up meetings and the energetic leadership of her manager. “There’s a motivating atmosphere here that helps everyone stay focused.
